Are you passionate about building immersive 3D experiences and pushing the limits of what's possible with Unity? We're looking for a Unity Software Engineer to help us shape the future of LiDAR simulation. In this role, you'll design, develop, and refine features within our Unity-based platform, working hand-in-hand with designers, 3D artists, and engineers. Your work will drive the creation of scalable, high-performance, and intuitive solutions that empower our users and bring complex technology to life. Curious about what we're building? Responsibilities
Closely work with different teams including 3D artists, designers and engineers. Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features. Monitor the performance of our simulator using Unity's profiler tools. Design and restructure the code base. Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.
Requirements for the Role
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years working with Unity on professional projects (3D software, simulations, or games). Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming. Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS). Knowledge of Unity's AI Navigation System. Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets (environments, characters, interactive objects). Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Problem-solving mindset and attention to performance optimization. System and architecture design Knowledge about LiDAR sensors Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
