What impact will you make?

You'll join our growing content team and help expand our capacity across campaigns, thought leadership, and day-to-day content needs. Reporting to the Director of Communications & PR, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate — turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content that reflects our brand and supports our business goals. By collaborating across teams and channels, you'll help ensure strong ideas turn into content that gets published, performs well, and makes an impact.

What will you do?

  • Create high-quality, engaging content that informs, inspires, and drives action across a range of B2B formats, including web, blog, social, email, ads, presentations, awards entries and video/podcast scripts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, branding, digital and growth marketing teams, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports business goals and resonates with target audiences.

  • Partner with our SEO lead to identify high-impact keywords, optimize existing content, and ensure new content is discoverable without compromising voice or quality.

  • Support the ongoing management of our content repository, helping track, organize, and regularly update assets to keep them current, consistent, and aligned with SEO and campaign needs.

  • Support our PR and thought leadership efforts by crafting content for executive visibility and media-facing materials.

  • Uphold strong editorial standards by editing content for clarity, consistency, tone, and alignment with our brand voice and messaging framework.

  • Use content performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine copy and improve impact across channels.

  • Incorporate AI tools thoughtfully into your workflow, using them to support research, ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization, while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

  • Manage multiple content projects at once, juggling priorities and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Stay plugged into content trends — especially those shaping enterprise software and digital transformation — to help keep our storytelling fresh and relevant.

Who are you?

  • You are a native English speaker with strong writing instincts and a sharp sense of clarity, structure, and tone.

  • You have a university education in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • You have 5–8 years of B2B writing experience, ideally in technical or innovation-focused sectors.

  • You care about details and consistency, and your editing and proofreading skills are solid.

  • You can write confidently across formats—white papers, case studies, blogs, thought leadership, social posts, ads, and internal updates.

  • You know how to take content from idea to launch and are comfortable with SEO inputs, CMS tools, publishing platforms, and project trackers like Asana.

  • You are curious and tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using AI tools to support your work.

  • You collaborate naturally and enjoy working with digital, brand, product, growth, and subject-matter teams.

  • You manage multiple priorities well and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

You are interested in AI, enterprise software, and digital transformation—and eager to deepen your understanding of these areas.
