Permanent Position – Based in Suresnes, open to telecommuting across France

Within the IT Department and reporting to the Capability Manager Finance, the EPM Product Owner will strengthen the IT team and support the Finance teams in evolving reporting cycles, budget planning, and forecasting (among others). They implement features in the Group SAP BPC tool and maintain the operational condition of BPC in connection with the domain's solutions.

As a business partner, you will actively participate in our SAP migration project from ECC to S/4 Hana. In this context, you will need to manage the impacts on our current BPC and BFC solutions and participate in their migration to new solutions to be defined.

Main Missions:

• Mastery of the BPC and BFC application environment from a functional and technical perspective

Project Management:

• Execute projects while respecting commitments in terms of deadlines, budget, deliverables, and governance

Maintenance Management:

• Manage the support of the BPC tool in collaboration with functional consultants from other domains and with the Global Technical Services teams (Infra/Ops, Network, Security, etc.)

• Support the Bel Group's BPC solution (30 subsidiaries, 350+ users) in collaboration with consultants from the Analytics (BW, QlikView, PowerBI) and Finance (notably SAP FICO) teams

• Oversee TMA on the BFC application (30 subsidiaries, 3 users in Group consolidation)

• Assist, train, and animate the user community in partnership with the Corporate Finance Department

• Propose relevant and innovative solutions to evolve the domain's systems while improving productivity gains and process/calendar acceleration, ensuring a role in technological and business watch in the field (expertise, networking, benchmarking, etc.)

• Ensure documentation

Your Profile:

• Holder of a Bac +5, engineer or equivalent
• You have technical experience in the field of financial reporting, including at least 3 years in the design, development, and configuration of the SAP EPM BPC solution
• You have functional expertise in financial reporting as well as general knowledge of statutory consolidation
• You are skilled in project management
• You are eager to work in a rapidly changing environment and on numerous projects
• You are meticulous, with strong formalization and synthesis skills
• You demonstrate team spirit and dialogue skills, you are a facilitator
• You have good anticipation and projection abilities
• You are autonomous, proposing relevant solutions due to extensive experience in the finance domain in other contexts
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
