Project Manager
(H/F)

Un acteur industriel du secteur pharmaceutique recherche un
Project Manager senior
pour piloter et harmoniser les activités de deux sites de production situés en
Normandie
et en
Hongrie
.

Les deux usines sont actuellement en
phase RUN
, mais présentent des
décalages de planning et de performance
. L'objectif principal de la mission est de
rattraper le retard accumulé
et d'optimiser le fonctionnement global, tout en tenant compte de
deux cultures, organisations et méthodes de travail différentes
.

Missions principales

  • Piloter et coordonner les projets industriels entre les deux sites
  • Rattraper les écarts de planning et sécuriser les délais
  • Optimiser l'outil et les processus existants
  • Mettre en cohérence deux modes de fonctionnement distincts
  • Accompagner le changement et fédérer les équipes locales
  • Être l'interface entre les parties prenantes des deux usines
  • Assurer un reporting clair et structuré auprès de la direction

Qualifications
Profil recherché

  • Formation : Ingénieur (ou équivalent)
  • Expérience : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels
  • Solide expérience en environnement pharmaceutique
  • Bonnes connaissances en chimie et génie des procédés
  • Très fortes compétences humaines et relationnelles
  • Capacité démontrée à embarquer des équipes multiculturelles
  • Leadership naturel et posture de chef d'orchestre
  • Anglais courant à bilingue (impératif)
