Senior Quantitative Lead pricing

We are currently supporting a leading financial technology player in the search for a hands-on Quantitative Lead to join its Paris-based quantitative team.
You will lead a small team of senior/expert quants while remaining deeply involved in model research, development, and production delivery.
Your Role
* Lead and mentor a team of 3 senior/expert quants
* Design, implement, and deliver pricing models and payoffs
* Take ownership of production-grade quantitative implementations
* Make independent technical decisions to ensure robustness, accuracy, and performance
* Develop fast, stable, and scalable algorithms
* Own the full model lifecycle: mathematical formulation → implementation → production
* Contribute to technical standards, knowledge sharing, and methodologies
Your Profile
* 7–8+ years of experience in quantitative finance
* Strong expertise in pricing models and derivatives
* Proven hands-on implementation experience (not only model validation)
* Solid background in Interest Rates or FX (Equity is a plus)
* Comfortable leading and challenging senior quantitative profiles
* Strong coding skills (Python is a plus, not mandatory)
* Excellent knowledge of stochastic calculus and numerical methods
* MSc / PhD in Mathematics, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent
* Fluent French required (Paris-based team)
