We are looking for an Operations Associate to help run and continuously improve the systems and processes that keep our business moving. You will partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, People, and Leadership) to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve the day-to-day experience for internal teams and customers.
This is a hands-on role: you will execute core operational activities while identifying bottlenecks and implementing pragmatic improvements.
- Own and execute key operational processes end-to-end across the organization.
- Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and workflows to reduce friction and increase consistency.
- Track operational KPIs (cycle time, SLA adherence, backlog, error rates), identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Support tooling and systems: maintain data quality in CRM/ERP/helpdesk tools; propose automations and integrations.
- Manage operational projects (process rollouts, tool migrations, compliance improvements, reporting packs) with clear timelines and stakeholders.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams—triaging requests, prioritizing intelligently, and communicating progress.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Office Operations, Supply/Logistics Ops, Customer Ops, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong process mindset: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured workflows and repeatable playbooks.
- Operational rigor: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive or time-critical work.
- Analytical comfort: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communcation; able to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively.
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude: you identify problems before they escalate and propose solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up), shared services, or complex multi-stakeholder operations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk/Intercom, Notion/Confluence, Linear, Zapier/Make.
- Strong ability to leverage AI tools

Nous recherchons un Operations Associate pour aider à gérer et améliorer en continu les systèmes et processus qui font fonctionner notre entreprise. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes transversales (Opérations, Finance, RH et Direction) afin de rationaliser les flux de travail, renforcer les contrôles et améliorer l'expérience quotidienne des équipes internes et des clients.
Responsabilités:
- Prendre en charge et exécuter les processus opérationnels clés de bout en bout au sein de l'organisation.
- Créer, documenter et améliorer en continu les SOP (procédures opérationnelles standard), modèles et workflows pour réduire les frictions et accroître la cohérence.
- Suivre les KPI opérationnels (temps de cycle, respect des SLA, backlog, taux d'erreurs), identifier les causes profondes et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Supporter les outils et systèmes : maintenir la qualité des données dans les CRM/ERP/outils helpdesk; proposer des automatisations et intégrations.
- Gérer des projets opérationnels (déploiement de processus, migration d'outils, amélioration de la conformité, reporting) avec des délais et parties prenantes clairement définis.
- Servir de point de contact fiable pour les équipes internes: traiter les demandes, prioriser intelligemment et communiquer les avancées.
Formation:
- Licence en Administration des Affaires, Gestion des Opérations ou domaine similaire.
Expérience:
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en Opérations, Business Operations, Office Operations, Supply/Logistics Ops, Customer Ops ou poste similaire.
Compétences:
- Esprit de processus: vous aimez transformer l'ambiguïté en workflows structurés et en playbooks reproductibles.
- Rigueur opérationnelle: organisé, attentif aux détails et à l'aise avec les tâches sensibles ou urgentes.
- Confort analytique: maîtrise d'Excel/Google Sheets ; capacité à interpréter les données et présenter des insights exploitables.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale; capable de coordonner les équipes et d'assurer un suivi efficace.
- Attitude proactive et sens de la responsabilité: vous identifiez les problèmes avant qu'ils n'escaladent et proposez des solutions.
Atouts:
- Expérience dans un environnement en forte croissance (startup/scale-up), services partagés ou opérations complexes avec multiples parties prenantes.
- Familiarité avec des outils tels que Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk/Intercom, Notion/Confluence, Linear, Zapier/Make.
