Job Purpose*
Contribue à la mise en œuvre et à l'application des processus garantissant la qualité dans le souci du bon usage du médicament et des produits de santé, et ce, dans le respect des bonnes pratiques, du code de la santé publique et du système documentaire en vigueur sur l'établissement de Puteaux.

Activités principales

Gestion des sous-traitants pharmaceutiques et des produits : rédaction des cahiers des charges, analyse des APR, gestion des problématiques au quotidien (déviations, ruptures...)

Suivi des lots : changement de statut des lots chez le dépositaire, validation des BAT des articles de conditionnement selon le workflow défini, validation des BAT des opérations de conditionnement chez le dépositaire, validation des destructions, gestion des anomalies de sérialisation.

Réclamations qualité produit : suivi et cotation de la criticité, réconciliations mensuelles réclamations qualité/cas PV.

Management de la qualité : suivi des CAPAs plan des déviations et action d'amélioration continue ; suivi plan d'action des Changes control pharmaceutiques jusqu'à leur clôture ; suivi des KpI.

Gestion documentaire : mise à jour des documents qualité AQ et support aux rédacteurs des autres services de l'entreprise.
