RECAPITULATIF

Dans le cadre du développement de projets internationaux dans le secteur de l'Oil & Gas, Aldebaran Group recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Ingénieur Planification – Primavera P6.

Le candidat rejoindra les équipes de notre client, basées à
Paris
, et participera aux différentes phases d'ingénierie : Pre-FEED, FEED et EPC.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Élaborer et maintenir les plannings d'ingénierie pour les phases Pre-FEED, FEED et EPC.
  • Suivre l'avancement des livrables techniques en coordination avec les équipes d'ingénierie.
  • Structurer les plannings (WBS, jalons, liens logiques, marges critiques…).
  • Identifier les risques de dérive planning et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Participer aux réunions internes et externes avec les clients et partenaires.
  • Possibilité d'intervention sur un ou plusieurs projets simultanément (en environnement multi-projets). Garantir l'intégrité et la cohérence des données planning avec les exigences contractuelles.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en ingénierie ou en gestion de projet (Bac+5 ou équivalent).
  • 8 ans d'expérience minimum en planification de projets d'ingénierie dans des environnements industriels complexes, idéalement dans l'Oil & Gas ou l'énergie.
  • Maîtrise impérative de Primavera P6.
  • Bonne connaissance des différentes phases projet : Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC.
  • Anglais professionnel courant requis (échanges réguliers avec des interlocuteurs internationaux).
  • Disponibilité immédiate ou à court terme souhaitée.

Vos Experiences

  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets tels que : terminaux LNG, usines d'ammoniac, solutions de captation de CO₂, FSRU, etc.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire et international.
  • Aisance dans la production de livrables planning destinés à la direction de projet et aux clients.

Summary
As part of the development of international projects in the Oil & Gas sector, Aldebaran Group is looking for a Planning Engineer – Primavera P6 to support one of its clients.

The selected candidate will join the client's engineering team based in Paris and will be involved in various project phases: Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Develop and maintain engineering schedules for Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases.
  • Monitor the progress of technical deliverables in close coordination with engineering teams.
  • Build and structure project schedules (WBS, milestones, logic links, float analysis, etc.).
  • Identify risks of schedule deviation and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and analyze progress reports (KPIs, S-curves, histograms, etc.).
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Potential involvement on single or multiple projects simultaneously (multi-project environment).
  • Ensure data integrity and schedule consistency with contractual requirements.

Your Experience

  • Strong track record on projects such as LNG terminals, ammonia plants, carbon capture solutions, FSRU, etc.
  • Ability to operate in multidisciplinary and international environments.
  • Skilled in delivering high-quality planning documentation for both project management teams and end clients.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in engineering or project management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering project planning, ideally within complex industrial environments such as Oil & Gas or Energy.
  • Proven expertise in using Primavera P6.
  • Solid understanding of all project development phases: Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC.
  • Fluent professional English required (frequent communication with international stakeholders).
  • Immediate or short-term availability is highly preferred.
