We are seeking a highly technical and customer-oriented Solution Engineer to join our growing team. As a Solution Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our Sales and Product teams, playing a critical role in the pre-sales process. You will be responsible for understanding prospect requirements, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the technical capabilities of Dotfile platform to both technical and business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Director of Solutions Consulting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical advisor during the sales process, working alongside the Sales team to qualify opportunities and design solutions that address customer needs
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their compliance workflows, technical architecture, and integration requirements
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that showcase how Dotfile solves specific customer challenges
Design and present technical solutions and integration architectures tailored to each prospect's unique environment
Create technical proposals, solution documentation, and integration plans for prospective customers
Respond to technical questions in RFPs and security questionnaires
Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and influence product roadmap
Support the Technical Account Manager during complex implementations, providing technical expertise and solution guidance
Stay current on compliance regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position Dotfile effectively
Contribute to the development of technical collateral, best practices documentation, and internal knowledge base
