, professional haircare/styling start-up company with a lot to do, and we are looking for someone to join our amazing team. Our brand has over 190k followers online, two ecommerce platforms and professional distribution across North America and internationally.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Global Key Account Executive who will spearhead DESIGNME Hair's efforts in nurturing and expanding our global key partnerships. The right candidate will be proactive, understand the nuances of international markets, and be able to develop customized strategies to meet our global growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Development and Management
: Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with international distributors, retailers, and partners. Work with DESIGNME's executive team to establish and open new partnerships.

Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in targeted international markets and key North American accounts.

Market Analysis
: Regularly analyze international market trends, demand, and competition to identify opportunities and threats. Audit and track current initiatives for efficacy and ROI.

Collaboration
: Work closely with the Marketing, Social and Education teams to develop localized campaigns, promotions, and training materials for international partners.

Presenting and Pitching
: Co-create compelling presentations tailored to individual markets to pitch DESIGNME products and initiatives to prospective and current partners, ensuring alignment with their needs and market nuances.

Forecasting
: Work with buyers to provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management to aid in business planning and production.

Brand Representation
: Represent DESIGNME Hair at international trade shows, conferences, and meetings.

Training & Education
: Ensure partners are adequately trained on DESIGNME Hair products, brand values, and sales techniques.

Reporting
: Regularly report on sales performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of the global hair care and beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national and international accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to do so in a virtual setting
  • Organized, with strong communications, writing and presentation skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to handle multiple projects in an organized way
  • You are a creative and outside of the box thinker

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Prior Sales Management experience in hair/beauty or fashion
  • Location: Europe (Ideally France or UK), with awareness of European (French, Finnish, UK, and Italian) Market
  • Comfortable with traveling to different European countries (Italy, etc.) and occasional visits to Canada
  • Familiarity with
  • Bonus: Background or connections in professional hairstyling, salons, or beauty education.
