Job Description

Within the EMEA Wholesale Marketing department, the Customer Activation team develops and coordinates the launch of innovative services to support the growth of independent opticians. We are looking for a 6-month intern to strengthen the team responsible for developing marketing services related to the in-store customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Project management related to the in-store customer journey, coordinating activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders.
  • Implementation of B2B and B2B2C marketing tools for assigned projects, in close collaboration with internal departments and partner marketing agencies.
  • Monitoring the integration of product innovations and B2B services in EssilorLuxottica Showrooms across the EMEA region.
  • Contributing to the organization of events.
  • Supporting the animation and engagement of the internal community and B2B partnership program managers across 9 geographical zones.

Profile

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school with a marketing specialization
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Project management abilities with strong prioritization skills
  • Good creative judgment
  • Recognized interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and address diverse stakeholders' needs
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable working in technical environments
  • English level B2 minimum, as you will create content in English and interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Europe
  • You also speak French
