Nous recherchons un·e consultant·e pour animer et structurer un collectif de direction au sein d'une plateforme Tech & Data de grande taille, engagée dans une transformation organisationnelle importante.

Votre mission

  • Organiser et animer les rituels du collectif (hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels)
  • Préparer les ordres du jour, supports, synthèses et assurer le suivi des décisions
  • Coordonner les temps forts de la plateforme : plénières, ateliers, événements trimestriels
  • Soutenir les dirigeants Tech & Data dans la priorisation et le cadrage des sujets
  • Structurer et adapter les messages à partir des données issues des outils (type Jira et IA)
  • Faciliter le rapprochement Tech/Data et accompagner le changement humain et organisationnel

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en animation de collectif, transformation, organisation ou Chief of Staff
  • Aisance dans un environnement Tech / Digital / Data
  • Excellente structuration, sens de la synthèse et rigueur
  • Intelligence relationnelle élevée, posture stable et assertive
  • Capacité à s'intégrer rapidement dans un collectif existant
  • Communication orale et écrite
  • Anglais professionnel maitrisé
