Manager, Credit and Collections | Clamart, France | Hybrid

We're working with Arrow on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit and Collections Manager to join a dynamic finance team, responsible for managing credit relationships, assessing risks, and optimizing financial health within an international environment.

The Role


• Manage insurance relationships and maximize coverage


• Conduct credit analysis for new and existing accounts to recommend appropriate credit limits


• Develop and maintain internal credit tools, including risk and projection models


• Analyze and report on the risk of potential new and existing accounts


• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve outstanding credit issues


• Monitor customer credit limits, exposure, and ensure healthy collection levels

What You'll Need


• Degree in Economics


• 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Manager in an international environment, or solid experience as a Credit Analyst ready for a step-up


• Strong ability to read and analyze company balance sheets and assess financial risks


• Proficiency in evaluating order releases and maintaining DSO within targets


• Experience ensuring compliance with company credit policies


• Ability to calculate risk provisions and monitor SOX credit-related processes
