Job DescriptionPOSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the Summit Securities team, within CIO CIB, you integrate the CIO CIB – Global Markets & Risks IT, Booking & Post Trade Processes,. Summit Securities is the Back-Office application for the Securities and Options perimeter. This multidisciplinary team, composed of technical and functional profiles, is spread between Paris, Porto and Morocco. The team is divided into three squads.
The main functions of Summit Securities are related to the processing of all Securities and Securities back-office functions in a single tool:
- Accounting;
- Confirmation;
- Position title;
- Regulatory reporting of transactions.
Your mission is to:
- Implement and lead an Agile approach adapted to the specificities of a team involved in both support and projects;
- Ensure budget management and reporting to ensure clear visibility of resources for the Accounting Squad;
- Frame, plan, and coordinate projects, maintenance, and support work
- Accompany the business in the phase of expression of needs and be proactive in proposing efficiency solutions. Evaluations of solutions.
- Manage incidents and problems to ensure the continuity of services;
- Accompany the team in framing the topics.
We work in Agile methodology.

The position is based in Paris and with us it's 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services like catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remunerations are composed of a fixed, an annual bonus, and a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and matching.

About you:
If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us
With a higher education, you have at least 7 years of experience in Squad Lead, Project Manager or Business Analyst positions, as well as in application support.
You master:
- Agile methods and tools;
- Project management;
- Operational management of teams in capex/priorities mode;
- The functioning of financial markets, in particular the world of securities;
- Knowledge of securities accounting and the Summit application will be an advantage.
You are:
- Endowed with team spirit and comfortable in international environments;
- Recognized for your proactivity and ability to propose solutions;
- Rigorous, able to communicate effectively with various audiences including infrastructure teams, production, editors and business.
You master English with a B2 level.
