Manager de site -Saclay (F/H)
Dans le cadre d'une mobilité, nous recherchons un∙e Manager de site pour prendre en charge la gestion d'une équipe de 4 techniciens multi techniques sur un site, Grande Ecole d'Ingénieurs, situé sur le plateau de Saclay (91).
Vos principales missions sont :
Répartir les tâches préventives, correctives et suivre l'avancement du plan de maintenance
Etablir et présenter les rapports d'activité (mensuel, annuel)
Effectuer les travaux nécessaires (établissement des devis, suivi des travaux et signature des PV).
Gérer les sous-traitants : Planifier les interventions et en analyser les rapports
Respecter les règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et d'environnement dans toutes vos interventions, et être force de proposition pour d'éventuelles améliorations
Animer les causeries sécurités et les pré-start meeting
Gérer la relation client, être l'interlocuteur de référence,
Vous assurez ces missions dans le respect de la politique Santé Sécurité Environnement de l'entreprise.
Votre planning correspond à une organisation de 37 h semaine. Vous pouvez être amené à intégrer le planning d'astreinte.
La plage de présence du site à respecter est de 7h-20h
Et si on parlait de vous ?
De formation initiale en génie climatique, vous avez une bonne connaissance de la maintenance des bâtiments TCE : CVC, électricité, plomberie, serrurerie etc…
Vous avez une expérience de Manager de site, vous avez le sens des priorités et de la satisfaction client.
Vous serez garant.e de la bonne gestion de votre stock.
Organisé.e et , vous savez organiser votre planning en accord avec la vie des sites, les urgences à traiter et la venue des sous-traitants.
Autonome et flexible vous possédez un très bon sens du service et vous êtes un bon communiquant.
