YOUR MISSION:
By defining and implementing the strategy for the products launches and development, develops the turnover of the assigned lines and ensures their profitability.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Manage multi-functional teams to localize software applications, websites, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and translation vendors to plan, execute, and deliver localized products.
- Oversee the entire localization process, from identifying project scope to ensuring the final product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure localized products comply with local regulations and standards.
- Coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle; verify end deliverables.
- Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe necessary changes for migration to the 'to be' capability.
- Lead content localization projects, ensuring content is translated, culturally adapted, and audience-specific.
- Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate team members to achieve local business goals.
- Lead policy localization projects, ensuring global policies align with local regulations.
- Create and ensure compliance with a global, company-wide document management system.
- Investigate incidents and reports, providing expert advice to senior colleagues; minimize risk exposures and ensure regulatory compliance by working with internal functions to implement compliance programs.
- Deliver or analyze budgets for organizational areas, ensuring progress and adherence to financial goals.
- Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, take corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality, and contribute to formal performance management and appraisal.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required.
- Experience in managing situations and advising others.
- Supervisory experience in directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
