We're hiring a Founding Regulatory Lead in Paris.
And this is not a traditional regulatory role.

Today, compliance, certification, testing, and market access are fragmented, manual, and slow.

We believe trust should be
continuous, auditable, and machine-readable,
powered by AI, guided by expert judgment.

That's why we're looking for a
Founding Regulatory Lead
to help us design the core logic of this system.

What you'll do:

  • Design how global regulations, standards, and market access rules become
    structured, machine-readable logic
  • Define the
    rules, reasoning frameworks, and guardrails
    behind our AI compliance and trust agents
  • Act as the senior regulatory counterpart to
    enterprise clients
    across R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Market Access
  • Build and lead our
    RegOps function
    , ensuring human-in-the-loop validation at scale
  • Ensure every AI-driven decision, from regulatory assessment to certification readiness, is
    transparent, defensible, and audit-ready

You won't "use" a tool. You'll
build the trust operating system behind it
.

Our first industry focus is on Flavors and Fragrances, Personal and Home Care, Human and Animal nutrition before expanding to the broader consumer goods ecosystem.

Who this is for:

  • 5+ years in
    Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Quality, or Market Access
  • Background in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Home Care, Food, Supplements, OTC, or Flavors & Fragrances
  • Deep understanding of how regulations and standards are written, interpreted, enforced, and audited
  • Comfort building systems and processes from scratch
  • Strong interest in Tech, AI and its responsible application to regulated environments
