Your role
Fairmat is pioneering the transformation of industries through innovative materials and sustainable solutions. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and execute our marketing operations. This is a highly operational role, where you'll tackle diverse marketing challenges, drive projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy.
Your missions:
- Operational Marketing Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Project Execution: Lead and support various projects, such as email marketing campaigns, event planning, and optimizing marketing processes
- Content & Communication: Supervise and contribute to the creation of content (social media, blogs, newsletters) and communication materials to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns to drive engagement and meet business goals
- Collaboration: Act as the operational link between marketing, communication, and other teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects
- Feedback & Improvement: Maintain open communication with the team, provide constructive feedback, and embrace input to optimize marketing strategies
Examples of Projects You Might Handle:
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns to support product launches
- Organizing marketing operations for trade shows and industry events
- Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns
- Supporting updates and enhancements to our marketing tools and platforms
Your profile:
- Experience: 5-7 years in operational marketing roles, with a proven track record in project and campaign management
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Direct Communication: Comfortable with clear, direct communication and open to providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Stress Resilience: Handles high-pressure situations and tight deadlines with focus and composure
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, project management software, analytics tools)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- English and French fully fluent

- Full time position
- 1-2 days remote work
