Job Description:
Technicien de laboratoire H/F
Missions principales
:

  • Préparation et ensemencement des différents échantillons pour la mise en analyse
  • Lecture des résultats
  • Réaliser des prélèvements d'eau aux points de prélèvements définis et assurer leur mise en analyse
  • Assurer les prélèvements d'ambiances et environnements dans les ateliers
  • Savoir faire les pré-op et autocontrôle avant démarrage des lignes de conditionnement
  • Savoir mesure la concentration de produits de désinfectant dans les pédiluves
  • Assurer les analyses de matière grasse, extrait sec, pH, texture et viscosité
  • Vérification des emballages des produits finis et assurer les contrôles organoleptiques
  • Création de fiche de non-conformité
  • Préparation des plannings de prélèvement
  • Assurer la libération de nos produits finis et intrants
  • Effectuer les relevés métrologiques au poste : Thermomètre, balance, pH-mètre
  • Gestion des consommables et fournitures

Profil souhaité
:

  • Expérience en laboratoire et/ou BTS, bac pro, DUT, dans le domaine de la chimie, microbiologie et agro-alimentaire
  • Personne : motivée, autonome, rigoureuse, avec des connaissances en informatique : Excel, Outlook
  • Respecter les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et savoir respecter un protocole de manipulation
  • Avoir des connaissances du monde laitier et de nos produits
  • Communiquer avec l'équipe et les autres services
