Job Purpose

Internship to support the activities of the Security Department: to develop the service's reporting and KPIs, and to monitor all security-related incidents impacting the Group worldwide (natural disasters, criminality, war, thefts, illicit trafficking), as well as its assets and sites, business travelers, and expatriates.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting on departmental activities

  • Developing KPIs

  • Monitoring security events worldwide

  • Following up on business travelers and expatriates globally

  • Providing dedicated support to the Global Head of Security

  • Supporting regional teams and strengthening service cohesion

  • Monitoring geopolitical and international news

  • Analyzing global security incidents

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Education & Qualifications: Master's degree in progress

  • Experience: Previous internship within a public service/authority or a company would be an advantage

  • Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data visualization tools (Power BI)

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Serious and professional demeanor, good public speaking skills
