Morphea recrute son futur Head of Operations & Growth (H/F)

Le bras droit du CEO sur la croissance, les opérations et le développement 2026.

Morphea, DNVB française qui double son CA chaque année, entre dans une nouvelle phase : celle du
scale
.

On cherche aujourd'hui une personne capable de structurer, d'accélérer et d'amener la marque au niveau supérieur.


Un rôle clé, ultra-transverse, avec un impact direct sur l'entreprise.

Ce que tu vas piloter :


Opérations & logistique

Gestion complète des flux, transport, délais, optimisation des coûts, performance transporteurs.


Équipe SAV (2 pers.)

Management, mise en place de KPI satisfaction, qualité de service, process & montée en compétence.


Sourcing & développement produits

Recherche fournisseurs (Portugal / Chine), négos, suivi qualité, prototypage, nouvelles catégories.


Projets stratégiques & croissance

Tu deviens le
bras droit du CEO
sur le retail, le B2B, les nouveaux marchés, la structuration interne et l'expansion.

Le profil qu'on recherche :

Solide sur Excel (vraiment solide).

Très bon en problem solving & gestion de projets.

À l'aise dans un environnement
figital
(e-commerce + retail).

Expérience en
DNVB, literie, mobilier ou home lifestyle
= gros plus.

Sens de la rigueur, autonomie, leadership naturel.
