Position Overview

1. Procurement Execution

• Responsible for the end-to-end procurement execution process, including issuing purchase orders, contract fulfillment, payment process coordination, and supplier reconciliation management.
• Responsible for localized procurement execution within the European region, including multiple categories such as Renewable energy and smart retail.

2. Supplier Management

• Based on a full understanding of suppliers' capacity, delivery capability, and resource constraints, supervise and coordinate delivery performance, effectively manage material and service quality, pricing, and lead times to ensure business requirements are met.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers, ensure smooth communication, and promote continuous supplier improvement.

3. Cross-department Communication and Collaboration

• Maintain close collaboration with sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance, operations, logistics, after-sales, and other related departments to ensure accurate understanding and proper execution of procurement requirements.
• Follow up on key steps such as delivery progress, goods receipt, acceptance, issue handling, and reconciliation to ensure seamless cross-functional workflow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates in supply chain, international trade, engineering, or related majors.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred; experience in manufacturing or project-based procurement is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and related tools.
• French and English at B2 level or above. Chinese required
