How will this role have an impact? The Travel Coordinator is an individual contributor role within Signify's Travel department, which is responsible for the intake, qualification, and logistical bookings of ~72k annual air, car, and hotel requests for Signify Health clinicians nationwide. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing travel logistics effectively. This role will report directly to the Travel Supervisor.Schedule Information:Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, CST
As well as ability to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis.The department business hours are Monday through Friday 7am-6pm, and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm CST.
Core Responsibilities:
- Research, book, and manage travel arrangements within the guidelines of corporate travel policies
- Provide assistance with changes, cancellations, or other adjustments to travel plans as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the booking process
- Take Inbound calls and place Outbound calls throughout the shift
- Communicate and collaborate with team members, travelers and other stakeholders to understand travel preferences and requirements
- Complete all other travel ancillary tasks as assigned
- Be on time, ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service oriented approach
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines
- Problem-solving ability to address travel disruptions, cancellations, or itinerary changes
- Highly detail oriented and ensures accuracy in all tasks
- Self-directed and works well independently, with ability to take direction and respond well to coaching and supervision when needed
- Works well with others and contributes to a positive team dynamic
- Experience using automated phone systems
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis
- Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Experience with coordinating travel

- Work effectively with frequent interruptions
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines

The typical pay range for this role is:
$ $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
