À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Réseau & Cloud expérimenté pour soutenir un environnement de haut niveau lié aux infrastructures IT et Cloud. Ce rôle nécessite une expertise pratique en infrastructures réseau et sécurité, incluant les pare-feux Palo Alto, le switching LAN/WiFi et la gestion des logs. Le candidat retenu travaillera en immersion au sein de l'équipe sur site, fournissant un support technique quotidien et assurant la stabilité à long terme de l'environnement client.

Responsabilités principales


• Gérer les pare-feux Palo Alto afin d'assurer des opérations réseau sécurisées.


• Configurer et maintenir les commutateurs LAN et l'environnement WiFi pour garantir une connectivité et des performances optimales.


• Configurer et gérer les instances cloud AWS.


• Fournir un support proactif et assurer le dépannage de l'infrastructure réseau et sécurité.


• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes du client afin d'assurer que les systèmes répondent aux exigences opérationnelles et de conformité.


• Produire la documentation technique, les configurations et les guides opérationnels nécessaires.


• Garantir l'application des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité IT et le respect des politiques de l'organisation.

Compétences & Expérience requises


• Expérience pratique confirmée en configuration réseau.


• Bonne connaissance du LAN, WiFi, routage, gestion VLAN et technologies de câblage.


• Expérience de travail avec les solutions réseau Cisco.


• Expérience AWS, notamment dans la configuration de VPC et de security groups.


• Solides compétences en troubleshooting et en résolution de problèmes dans des environnements complexes.


• Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).


• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sur site tout en assurant une bonne communication avec les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.

Compétences appréciées


• Expérience préalable dans un environnement IT.


• Connaissance d'ITIL ou d'autres cadres de gestion de services IT (un plus).


• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à gérer des situations critiques avec la bonne attitude et approche.


• Disponibilité pour travailler en dehors des heures ouvrées ou le week-end si nécessaire.


• Participation à un service d'astreinte tournant, une semaine par mois (nuits et week-ends).
