Key Responsibilities & Missions

1. Cash Management

  • Managing the categorization and analysis of cash flow operations
  • Building short- and medium-term cash flow projections
  • Contribution to financing matters (cash funding needs, cash flow optimisation, banking relationships)

2. FP&A

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting
  • Financial performance tracking and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget)
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of the financial monitoring and reporting process

3. Procure-to-Pay

  • Monitoring of expenses, approval workflows, and vendor payments
  • Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments
  • Adherence to internal controls and finance policies/procedures

4. Accounting Support

  • Close collaboration with external accountants during monthly and annual closings
  • Ensuring reliability, consistency, and quality of financial data

5. Business Partnering

  • Acting as the Finance Operations point of contact for internal teams -
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Finance tools and processes

 About you :

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager or in a similar role

  • Highly rigorous and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating issues and driving improvements.

  • Curious and business-minded, eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Strong team spirit, collaborative and constructive with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
