Lithosquare is an Earth Exploration company finding the raw materials required for our energy transition. Built around its AI and software platform, Lithosquare radically improves the efficiency of finding new deposits while minimizing the impact of mineral exploration. Based in Paris, Lithosquare team gathers experts of geosciences and AI delivering our product in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

We are seeking our first intern to join our AI Automation Team and help shape how Lithosquare operates. You'll leverage AI and automation to boost efficiency across every team. You will design, implement, and own solutions that drive the adoption of AI systems and workflows. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll foster a culture of AI usage and deliver impactful automation—multiplying our capabilities.

You'll collaborate on and lead strategic AI initiatives from idea to production, such as:

  • Agentic systems to automate market research for our GTM team
  • Complex orchestration systems to automate hiring processes
  • Daily web trackers to monitor competitors and technological news
  • Seamless auto-documentation agents for our Tech and Product team

Key responsibilities

Own & drive the generative AI initiatives

  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation, sitting with any Lithosquare teammate to understand his or her current pains and fastidious tasks
  • Architect, prototype, and implement solutions leveraging the best tool available (e.g., an AI agent to find & audit potential partners, a dashboard to visualize mining permits activity)
  • Track impact, gather feedback, and improve automations over time

Enable AI Adoption and Internal Innovation

  • Stay on top of AI trends and innovations both in terms of use cases and tooling
  • Empower other teams to adopt AI by sharing best practices and acting as an internal AI champion

Required qualifications

  • You are seeking an internship with the potential to join full-time or a junior position
  • You have an AI-native builder mindset—able to design and ship solutions from start to finish
  • You possess strong technical fluency with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g. python, n8n, agentic frameworks, MCPs, API integrations)
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can make sound decisions with incomplete information
  • You are proactive, analytical, and communicate effectively across teams
  • You are in love with Notion
