We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Job Description Helpdesk operative.You will assist with the provision of managing work order requests, assigning the tickets to the appropriate team's/engineers to perform the duties. managing client expectations and meeting SLA targets.working in a fast paced environment with time constraints, prioritising  workload & liaising with multi -level contacts across the account portfolio.Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:Ensure all customer requests are dealt with in an efficient and time bound fashion providing comprehensive feedback where necessary - requests could be via Phone email or web basedEnsure all faults recorded are logged and assigned to the relevant teams within the agreed SLALiaise with the operational team and third parties for task allocationsData analysis - monthly reports to be created to show the various job types and detail broken down by siteAssisting with audit preparation and ensure relevant documentation is sharedSupport with any adhoc requests required to support the accountWorki within the requirements of the bp / JLL Health & Safety policy, ensuring that all non-confirmances and opportunities for improvement are reported to your line managerGood understanding of near miss reporting/unsafe acts and condition.Identify report and follow up faults, defects, complaints and potential hazardsPersonalAdaptable to changeCommitment to JLL & Customer successCreative and effective reaction to operational issuesA self-starter Capable of taking the initiative in response to changing circumstancesAn articulate and confident communicatorSkills / Qualifications & Experience:At least 1 years' experience of working in a customer service roleFluent in French and EnglishA good working knowledge of IT Microsoft applications e.e.
