Key Responsibilities:
Review and rephrase complex Mechanical Engineering questions for clarity and precision.
Develop detailed rubrics and evaluation criteria to assess the quality of AI-generated responses.
Collaborate closely with AI teams to ensure technical accuracy and improve the richness of training data.
Guarantee grammatical correctness, syntactic clarity, and a professional tone in all written content.
Provide actionable feedback to refine AI models' ability to interpret and solve mechanical engineering problems.
Contribute to the creation of engaging and educational technical materials for AI training purposes.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in technical writing, educational content development, or rubric creation.
Advanced or native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong command of grammar and syntax.
Ability to distill and convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
Collaborative mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Availability to commit approximately 10 hours per week.
