We are hiring for a Customer Service role Key responsibilities:

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for:
  • French proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: The salary should be indicated per month rather than per year. Benefits and eligibility:
  • Relocation:
  • 2 Weeks hotel accommodation + Flight ticket (inside the EU)
  • Airport Pickup
  • Real Estate Agency fee WAH Information:
  • If relocating WAH is in Athens
  • If local WAH is anywhere in Greece
  • Eligibility / documents:
  • EU citizenship. - Full-purpose & Specific-purpose work permit card. - Certificate of Protection (refugees) If you are early in your career or looking for a stable next step, you will receive onboarding and coaching to help you succeed.
