Dans le cadre de l'évolution de son identité visuelle, un grand compte international du secteur des Benefits & Rewards recherche un
Brand Designer Senior
pour accompagner la montée en maturité de sa marque récemment relancée.

Mission
Au sein d'une équipe internationale et transverse, vous interviendrez sur l'évolution et l'expression visuelle de la marque, avec un fort accent sur le
motion design
et l'
émotion utilisateur
.

Responsabilités principales
Faire évoluer l'identité de marque existante tout en garantissant sa cohérence globale

Définir et structurer le
motion language
de la marque (systèmes de mouvement, transitions, animations)

Concevoir des expériences visuelles émotionnelles liées à la récompense, la reconnaissance et l'accomplissement

Créer des systèmes visuels thématiques pour les campagnes et lancements produits

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Product, Marketing et UX

Assurer un rôle de
brand guardian
et garantir le respect des standards visuels

Profil recherché
8 ans d'expérience minimum en design

Expérience significative en
gaming, animation, studio créatif ou agence
Forte expertise en
motion design
et narration visuelle

Excellente compréhension des systèmes de marque

Capacité à travailler en environnement transverse et international

Compétences techniques
Adobe After Effects (expert)

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Figma (indispensable)
