Nous sommes présents en France, Belgique, Allemagne, Royaume-Uni, Suisse, Pays-Bas, USA, Espagne, Italie ainsi que dans une trentaine d'autres villes dans le monde à travers notre réseau de cabinets indépendants "Eight International".
Au sein de la Service Line Transformation Finance, une équipe Working Capital dédiée accompagne les entreprises dans la performance financière et l'excellence opérationnelle par :
- La mise en place ou l'optimisation de la culture cash par l'onboarding et la formation du management, des équipes opérationnelles et financières, la fixation d'objectifs communs et validés, la mise en place et le suivi de KPIs opérationnels et financier sur les chaines de valeurs, la clarification des rôles et responsabilités au sein de l'organisation….
- Un diagnostic à 360 ° du Working Capital (organisation, processus, data, reporting, outils) sur les cycles d'exploitation (clients, fournisseurs, stocks) et non exploitation (dettes fiscales et sociales), l'élaboration d'un plan d'actions et d'une feuille de route des différents chantiers à mener avec le calcul des leviers financiers associés, l'accompagnement à la mise en œuvre du plan d'actions (PMO) et la formation des équipes
- Les prévisions de cash flows dans un souci permanent d'amélioration du cash-flow opérationnel et de la position de cash, avec la rédaction de mode opératoire et la formation des équipes
- Autres : facturation électronique, workflows, IA,….
Parmi vos missions (liste non exhaustive) il s'agira :
- D'identifier et de chiffrer les gains sur les dimensions opérationnelles (impact cash et BFR, DPO, DSO, DIO …), par l'analyse de l'organisation, des processus opérationnels et des outils/data
- D'élaborer un plan d'actions / recommandations adapté
- D'accompagner à la mise en œuvre et de former les équipes
- De mettre en place ou d'optimiser les prévisions de cash-flow
- Etc…
Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, vous disposez d'une expérience de 7-10 ans dans un cabinet de conseil ou d'audit, ou en entreprise. Vous justifiez de solides bases comptables et avez déjà appréhendé des sujets de BFR. Investi(e), rigoureux (se) avec le sens du service et un bon relationnel, vous savez vous adapter très rapidement à des environnements multiples. Votre capacité à travailler et manager des équipes internes et clients, votre curiosité intellectuelle et le développement commercial seront des atouts indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions. La pratique de l'Anglais, la bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques Pack Microsoft (Word, Excel,PowerPoint…) ThinkCell, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, IA… sont indispensables.
