Responsabilités principales :

  • Analyser et adapter le processus existant basé sur stock en consignation vers le modèle légal "Invoice to be Issued".
  • Configurer SAP pour générer automatiquement les écritures temporaires "Invoice to be Issued" lors de la livraison des marchandises.
  • Assurer l'intégration complète avec FI/CO pour la reconnaissance de la recette, TVA et créances clients, et avec SD pour la gestion des flux de livraison.
  • Configurer et valider les EDI / IDoc entrants pour les factures clients, notes de crédit/débit et ajustements.
  • Développer des rapports et outils de réconciliation entre les écritures temporaires et les factures officielles des clients.
  • Participer aux ateliers, tests unitaires, intégration, UAT, go-live et support post-go-live.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Logistique et IT/EDI pour assurer conformité, traçabilité et qualité des flux.

Compétences & Expérience :

  • 6+ années d'expérience SAP SD OTC, avec une expertise projet sur
    Self-Billing / auto-facturation
    .
  • Expérience SAP S/4HANA.
  • Maîtrise de l'intégration SD avec FI CO et connaissance des écritures comptables temporaires.
  • Expérience avec EDI / IDoc, gestion de flux automatisés et résolution de problèmes d'intégration.
  • Capacités analytiques, rigueur et excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Français et anglais courants.
