Vos missions :

Assurer la
conduite d'un ou plusieurs éléments d'une ligne de conditionnement et le
contrôle des produits, en respectant les consignes de fabrication et les normes
de qualité et productivité.
Prendre les décisions d'adaptation de son
atelier en fonction des difficultés rencontrées.

Your profile :

Au quotidien :

Conduire et surveiller une ligne de conditionnement afin d'atteindre les objectifs qualité et production.
Assurer le démarrage, l'arrêt et le bon fonctionnement des équipements de votre zone.
Réaliser la maintenance de 1er et 2e niveau.
Approvisionner la ligne en emballages.
Effectuer les autocontrôles qualité selon les fréquences définies et enregistrer les résultats.
Garantir le rangement, le nettoyage et l'entretien de votre poste de travail.
Appliquer rigoureusement les consignes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité.
Participer à la mise en sécurité du matériel en cas d'intervention technique.
Être force de proposition pour améliorer l'efficacité de votre zone.
Participer aux réunions d'équipe et assurer une bonne communication avec les autres conducteurs (transmissions, anomalies, etc.).
Être en charge d'un point de contrôle critique (CCP ou PRPoP) et appliquer les actions correctives si besoin.

Votre
profil :

CAP ou CQP
conducteur machines de conditionnement ou équivalent, avec pratique
professionnelle dans un environnement de process automatisé.

Formations
requises aux spécificités du poste :
ATEX
Travail en hauteur (module interne)
Maintenance de niveau 1 et de niveau 2
