The Role
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to accelerate our product development cycle. This role is built on the philosophy that the fastest path to a great product is direct proximity to the customer. The FDE's primary responsibility is to gather immediate, high-value usage insights and rapidly translate them into features. Time is strategically split between conducting these high-value interactions and rapidly writing and shipping new features.
This role demands strong software engineering proficiency and acute product judgment to prioritize and ship high-impact features quickly. You will be the critical link ensuring development decisions are data-driven and maximize user value. What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Exceptional software engineering and system design capability, with proven experience designing, building, and shipping production-grade, highly available, and scalable systems across the full stack (including C#, Python, and Typescript proficiency), always prioritizing technical clarity and maintainable architecture.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership, driving the entire development lifecycle from analyzing customer needs and defining requirements to robust implementation, QA, and deployment, and maintaining high accountability for the final user and business outcome.
  • Highly effective stakeholder communication, capable of seamlessly translating deep technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (customers, product managers) and clearly translating business objectives into prioritized engineering tasks.
  • Practical experience leveraging modern developer tools (such as agentic coding or advanced automation techniques) to achieve significantly accelerated development velocity while rigorously upholding code quality standards.
