Parmi nos projets forts :

  • Découper et extraire du monolithe toutes les features associées à notre team

  • Participer à l'élaboration de notre architecture system pour accompagner la croissance de GDC

  • Apporter de nouvelles solutions techniques pour pouvoir monter d'un cran dans la qualité du produit.

Notre équipe Tech / Produit de plus de 50 personnes est notamment répartie au sein de différentes équipes autonomes :

  • Team Membres

  • Team Profils Pro

  • Team Plateforme

  • Team Vacation

  • Team Innovation

Chaque feature team est constituée d'un Engineering Manager, d'un Product Manager, d'un Product Designer et de développeurs back et front. Chaque team a ses objectifs (OKRs) et est autonome sur son mode de fonctionnement.

L'équipe Vacation chez Gens de Confiance :

Récemment créée, l'équipe Vacation & Booking s'attache à rendre l'expérience de location de vacances rapide et plaisante

Les principaux enjeux de cette équipe sont :

  • amélioration du parcours de réservation en ligne

  • amélioration de l'expérience voyageur et hôte

Ton rôle : Au sein de l'équipe, tu auras les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Conception de solutions techniques pour de nouveaux produits ou fonctionnalités, en lien avec le PM et les designers de ton équipe dans notre codebase React Native

  • Elaboration et intégration des API avec les ingénieurs logiciel back-end de ton équipe

  • Echanges quotidiens avec le PM de ton équipe pour avoir des feedback rapides et précis sur les dernières features développées

  • Partage de veille technique et formation de l'équipe

  • Amélioration continue des méthodes et des processus (documentation, monitoring, alerting, gestion de projet, CI/CD, déploiement, tests, etc.)

  • Participation active au recrutement des futurs membres de ton équipe

  • Code review

  • Mentoring et coaching
