Software Engineer (Full Stack)

What you will do

As a Full Stack Engineer at Arsen, you will:

  • Design, implement, and maintain features across the entire stack
  • Work hands-on with our TypeScript backend and frontend
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team and work directly with the CTO
  • Own challenges end-to-end: from technical design and architecture discussions to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, contribute to next-gen internal tools, and help us push the boundaries of what can be built with modern frameworks (e.g., innovative product prototypes, MCP server extensions, new library integrations, etc.).

This role is ideal for someone who loves building user-facing products and thrives in an environment that encourages experimentation, curiosity, and trying new things without unnecessary constraints.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a full stack or frontend/backend engineer
  • Strong experience with
    JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with a frontend framework (
    preferred

, React also welcome)
- Experience with a backend framework (
NestJS preferred

- Solid understanding of Git and GitHub
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and strong at problem solving
- Strong written skills in
English

- Previous startup experience

  • Experience with hexagonal architecture / DDD
