Financial Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

A leading consulting organisation is seeking a D365 BC Financial Consultant (4–5 years' experience) to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for clients in the French market. This is a permanent role, based in Rennes or Paris, with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Business Central Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, reporting)
  • Lead financial workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis
  • Configure and customise Business Central to meet client accounting and regulatory needs
  • Support testing, user training, and go-live activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders

Profile

  • 4–5 years' experience as a Business Central / NAV Financial Consultant
  • Strong background in accounting and finance processes
  • Experience within an
    audit or accounting firm
    is highly preferred
  • Fluent in French; professional working English required
  • Client-facing, structured, and delivery-oriented

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid: on-site presence required during critical project phases
  • Typically up to
    3 days per week on-site,
    with travel expected
