Vos missions

En tant qu'Engagement Quality Manager, vous serez responsable de la mise en place, de la révision, de l'audit et de l'amélioration continue des processus qualité dans nos engagements. Vous assurerez une transition fluide entre les ventes et la livraison tout en maintenant les standards Capgemini et les exigences contractuelles.

Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans :

  • Le pilotage de la qualité projet et le support opérationnel aux chefs de projet à travers la gestion documentaire, le support aux équipes et les initiatives de sensibilisation
  • Le suivi des non-conformités, la réalisation d'analyses de causes, et le suivi de la satisfaction client et des réclamations
  • La gestion des risques et opportunités, l'alerte des parties prenantes en cas de dérive, et la mesure de la performance via des indicateurs clés
  • L'animation des démarches d'amélioration continue incluant les retours d'expérience et la mise en place des bonnes pratiques
  • Le support aux audits internes, aux certifications AFNOR, et l'animation des réunions d'équipe
Votre profil
  • 3-5 ans minimum d'expérience en qualité nucléaire avec connaissance des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 19443
  • Esprit proactif avec de fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Style de travail autonome avec une attention méticuleuse aux détails
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles avec capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
  • Fortes compétences en communication incluant la prise de parole en public et l'animation de réunions
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
