About BlaBlaCar
BlaBlaCar is the world's leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.
About BlaBlaCar Daily
BlaBlaCar Daily, a subsidiary of BlaBlaCar's Western Europe business, focuses on short-distance carpooling (under 80 km), particularly for work-to-home commutes, and operates through a dedicated mobile application and brand. Following the acquisition of Klaxit in April 2023, short-distance carpooling is rapidly expanding, supported by co-financing partners such as local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B). Our mission is to bring carpooling to every car commute and transform the potential of numerous empty car seats into a real, high-granularity network for commuters and everyday travelers, offering a pragmatic and cost-effective transportation solution for every local authority or government.
Your Mission
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to be a key actor of Daily strategic move towards a SaaS-driven service model.
Your mission is to first develop a deep understanding of both our key clients, Public authorities and Corporates, and their users. Building on this knowledge, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to define new offers, develop the appropriate UX for partners and end-users, and deliver these with your dedicated Squad.
A key principle of your mission is the obsession with building scalable, "on-the-shelf" offers, including the necessary back-office components, while consistently avoiding client-specific development to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Your expertise to efficiently transform ideas into impactful solutions, supporting the go-to-market strategy, and ensuring strong adoption of your deliveries will make you a key go-to person for the business teams.
Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, part of BlaBlaCar Daily Product Team led by Antoine Lancesseur,  you are a solid contributor who autonomously drives projects with dependencies and high business stakes. You will be empowered to make product decisions for your scope, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the roadmap exercise end-to-end.

• Business understanding: Serve as the primary product liaison for our Sales, Account Management and Ops teams. This intensive collaboration requiring a deep understanding of our market, our business, our partners, and ultimately their users.
• Stakeholder alignment: De-risk solutions with stakeholders, engineering, partners and users, build consensus and proactively communicate projects progress, to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
• Solutions design: Contribute to the product definition of Daily SaaS solutions' that maintain an intuitive, high-quality, and simple experience. Translate ambiguous business needs and high-level partner requests into clear, comprehensive, and actionable product specifications that your squad can execute efficiently.
• Roadmap ownership: Manage the roadmap and product backlog for your squad. Master the art of prioritization, striking a critical balance between: - Delivering specific features for tender commitments. - Building scalable, multi-tenant platform capabilities for future partners. - Improving the core experience of our existing services.
• Impact monitoring: Establish, monitor, and own a robust set of metrics to track product performance, partner satisfaction, and user behavior.
• Product capitalization: Become the "source of truth" for your product scope. Meticulously document product rules, system logic, and feature capabilities in Confluence to ensure business, tech, and operations teams share same understanding.
Your Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a preference for degrees in business, management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in product management (3-5 years - similar skill sets will be considered).
• You have a business-oriented mindset and understand the SaaS-driven approach. A previous experience in B2B, B2G SaaS products is a strong plus.
• You have a strong product sense and an end-user obsession, demonstrated by your ability to effectively collect, analyze, and apply user knowledge in product decisions and business discussions, ensuring the end-user experience is always considered.
• Ability to animate and align stakeholders, build trust and engage people that will not be reporting to you, while always keeping the user experience in mind.
• Best-in-class roadmap execution management. You can identify priorities and put the effort on the right topics, managing complex trade-offs.
• Attention to details and an obsession with fighting ambiguity. You produce exceptionally clear, detailed, and well-structured product specifications and documentations.
• Comfortably engaging in discussions about technical trade-offs with engineering teams while consistently considering business objectives.
• You proactively use AI tooling to boost productivity and streamline you (or your team) workflows. It is a strong plus if you also leverage AI to serve business objectives and improve the end-user experience.
If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application
Here's what your hiring journey will look like.
