This role as a Psychometrics Specialist is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to evidence generation and health-related quality of life research. You will contribute significantly to the design, implementation, and analysis of psychometric assessments, shaping the future of patient-centered approaches in clinical research.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and validate psychometric instruments to assess health-related quality of life and patient-reported outcomes.
• Conduct statistical analyses to ensure reliability, validity, and responsiveness of psychometric measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate psychometric considerations into clinical study designs.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing psychometric findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in psychometrics and related fields.
• Provide expertise and guidance on psychometric issues throughout the lifecycle of clinical studies.

About You

• Experience: Proven experience in psychometrics, specifically in developing and validating instruments in clinical research settings.
• Skills: Strong statistical analysis skills (e.g., using software like R or SAS), excellent communication abilities to explain complex psychometric concepts to non-specialists, and collaborative spirit.
• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in psychology, psychometrics, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
