As we scale our luxury packaging division, we are seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to lead, design, and transform our global logistics operations. This role is highly strategic, client-facing, and critical to our ability to deliver world-class service to the world's most recognised luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, design, and scale the global supply chain & logistics division for luxury packaging, ensuring world-class service to international brand clients. Oversee strategy, execution, and team development across global hubs while building a resilient and cost-efficient logistics network.

Global Logistics Leadership

• Own the end-to-end logistics function, spanning air, sea, rail, and road transport.
• Develop and manage partnerships with 3PLs, 4PLs, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Negotiate global and regional freight agreements, ensuring competitive rates while maintaining premium service levels.Customs, Compliance & Risk Management
• Standardize and oversee customs clearance processes, documentation accuracy, and trade compliance.
• Proactively manage tariff, duty, and regulatory risks across key markets.
• Build internal protocols for handling delays, disruptions, and escalations.

Team Building & Leadership

• Design the global logistics organization: define roles, recruit top talent, and establish regional teams.
• Hire and mentor managers for freight, customs, warehousing, and operations.
• Create a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement aligned with luxury client expectations.
• Establish training frameworks to standardize best practices across offices.Operational Excellence & Systems
• Implement digital tools for tracking, reporting, and forecasting to provide full supply chain visibility.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for delivery reliability, cost optimization, and client satisfaction.·
• Drive adoption of sustainable and innovative logistics solutions to align with global brand priorities.Strategic Value
• Act as a thought partner to leadership on global expansion, advising on logistics readiness for new markets.
• Strengthen the company's position as a trusted partner to luxury brands by guaranteeing flawless execution.
• Build a logistics function that is scalable, resilient, and future-proof — designed to grow with the company's global ambitions.

Who You Are

• A senior supply chain & logistics leader with 10+ years of experience, ideally within luxury, packaging, or high-value consumer goods.
• Proven track record in building and leading global logistics networks and organisations.
• Expert in international transport, customs, compliance, and risk management.· Strong negotiator with global freight partners and carriers.
• Visionary leader capable of building teams, processes, and culture across multiple geographies.
• Technologically fluent, with hands-on experience in logistics systems, tracking platforms, and data-driven reporting.
• Bilingual in English and French; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strategic yet execution-driven — equally comfortable setting long-term vision and solving day-to-day challenges.

Pay: 65,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
