This includes conducting supply chain related analysis from presales phase to supporting implementation projects of RELEX solution for the customer, e.g. by functional configuration of the environment. You may quickly develop to managing RELEX implementation projects with the support of our project managers or working as a service manager in ensuring continuous customer development and success. You may develop towards a deeper expertise in supply chain optimisation to become a trusted advisor for our customers.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Support and lead different aspects of supply chain planning development projects in the fields of demand planning, inventory management, distribution planning, production planning and scheduling.Gather business requirements from clients, building configurations, and training end-users;Collaborating with customers in meeting their business goals;Work with clients on a consultancy basis to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to support the S&OP planning and enhance business operations;Perform business analysis and problem-solving activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level.What you'll bring to the table:3 to 5 years of work experience in consulting, supply chain development, production planning, software implementation or other relevant area in consulting industry;Relevant academic background (e.g. Industrial Management, Information Networks, Business Technology, Logistics, Economics and Business Administration);Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders from end users to C-level;Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Ability to understand SCM and other production planning systems from business and IT perspectives;Fluent communication skills in French and English;What we consider as an advantage:Previous experience in consultancy;Experience in working with manufacturer companies, especially if F&B;Experience in demand planning, replenishment, plant allocation, scheduling;Italian-speaking skills.What we offer you:An international career and learning opportunities in a rapidly growing software company;A fun, ambitious, and committed team of smart people to work with;A respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged;Responsibilities in challenging projects from day one;A position where you can help retailers fight against food waste.Are you the one we're looking for?
