As part of our continued growth, Yseop has embarked on an ambitious security and IT transformation project to meet the evolving demands of our industry. To support this journey, we are strengthening our team with a
QA Manager
to help shape and implement our QA strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in a pivotal phase of our development.
Your mission :
As the
QA Manager,
you will
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (2 people).
- Uniformization and standardization of Quality practices
- Drive the release cycle
- API Test development
- Promote shift-left testing and early validation practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to enhance testing strategies.
- Develop test plans to achieve optimal functional and non-functional coverage.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative test strategies.
- Define and track key quality metrics.
- Create and maintain automated tests to enhance coverage and reliability.
Your profile :
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Quality Assurance and test design strategies, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a sector with strong regulatory constraints.
- Proven leadership in establishing quality processes
- Experience leading and mentoring a QA team (2 members).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of GxP processes
Technical stack:

- APi Test : Postman
- CI/CD : github, jenkins, nexus, …
- Cypress / Datadog / Jira
