What you will be doing:

• Process customer orders accurately and on time, optimizing reorders and maintaining an up-to-date order book.
• Manage enquiries, claims, and returns professionally, issuing credit notes and following company guidelines.
• Keep customer data accurate, maintaining customer master files and updating delivery information.
• Communicate proactively with customers, providing timely updates on delays, issues, or changes.
• Act as Product Expert for your assigned category, handling samples, promo orders, and price list uploads.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Planning, Warehouse, Sales) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support colleagues when needed.

What you need to succeed:

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role; background in the Sports & Outdoor industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and strong IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP).
• Strong customer focus, with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to manage challenging calls.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively and meet service KPIs.
• Collaborative team player, building positive relationships and supporting colleagues when needed.
• Proactive problem solver, taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.
• Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to changing priorities while delivering accurate, timely work.
