Our team includes prominent business leaders, investors, scholars, and data scientists.

As we accelerate our growth, we're strengthening our financial and operational foundation — enhancing visibility, scalability, and rigor across all business functions. We are hiring a Director of Finance and Administration to lead and structure ALPHA10X's finance and administrative operations, ensuring robust financial management and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring data-driven decisions.
  • Produce monthly management reports and KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Supervise accounting and reporting for French and international entities; ensure full compliance with
  • GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate audits, consolidation, and period closings with external accountants and auditors.

Accounting, Treasury & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and guarantee timely, accurate monthly closings.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and optimize banking and treasury management.
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows through cloud-based finance tools.

Tax, HR & Legal

  • Oversee tax compliance (VAT, CIR/CII, corporate filings) and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Manage payroll, employment contracts, benefits, and HR compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support legal, insurance, and contract administration, ensuring risk is effectively managed.

Administration & Strategic Support

  • Supervise procurement, general administration, and finance-related IT systems.
  • Contribute to fundraising, M&A preparation, investor reporting, and board materials.
  • Support strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives across the group.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial control.
  • Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (French & English), both written and spoken.
  • Proven international or multi-entity exposure.
  • Solid command of Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with payroll, ESOP / BSPCE plans, and VAT/CIR filings.
  • Familiarity with IFRS / GAAP and cross-border compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in multi-company, multi-currency environments.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • A keen interest in finance automation and digital tools.
