Job Responsibilities:

  • Support IV&V vendor acquisition, specifying work scopes, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Update and maintain IV&V plans, procedures, and compliance matrices.
  • Review digital I&C system requirements, statements of work, and vendor deliverables.
  • Conduct criticality analyses for SIL-level software and support risk mitigation activities.
  • Interface with development teams and vendors to resolve anomalies and test incidents.
  • Contribute to compliance monitoring, reporting, and other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in safety-related I&C and IV&V, preferably in nuclear or power industries.
  • Expertise in IEEE Std and revisions), safety I&C, and V&V methodologies.
  • Solid technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
