En tant que Customer Success Manager (CSM), vous rejoindrez l'équipe Customer Success pour accompagner nos clients dans l'adoption et l'utilisation optimale de nos produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Support, et Produit pour garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients.

Vos missions :

  • Participer à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux clients sur nos solutions en ligne ou sur site.

  • Accompagner les clients dans la prise en main de nos outils et répondre à leurs questions.

  • Contribuer à la mise en place de stratégies pour améliorer l'expérience client.

  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.

  • Assurer un suivi régulier des performances de nos produits chez les clients pour maximiser leur satisfaction.

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe produit pour remonter les retours clients et participer à l'amélioration continue de nos solutions.

  • Produire des rapports d'utilisation et d'engagement clients pour aider à la prise de décision.
