INTERNSHIP - Head Office - junior project manager environment and safety H/F

Team : Corporate Safety (SIS departement)

The trainee will join the corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management team from the Safety and Industrial System (SIS) Department in charge of:

Supporting the effective management of safety in our operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety and environmental performance.

The team is leading the "Constellation" (Group HSE) community, provides standards, guidelines, training, generic tools and methods, advice and support to affiliates, and facilitates the sharing of lessons learned.

Deploying an ambitious project called "Safety management - Group solution". This Group platform, powered by Intelex, is providing a set of modules to manage safety more effectively and in compliance with IMS (Industrial Management System).

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The trainee's main missions will be :

Support the owner of the Group Location repository called "Site & Facility" which describes with a simple core data model all operations of the entire Air Liquide Group worldwide to manage updates, facilitate interactions with other corporate departments using this repository and to continuously improve the data quality ensuring the highest value for the Group.

Reinforce the "Safety Management - Group Solution" team, which is in charge of providing IT tools (compliant with IMS - Industrial Management System) to operational teams by deploying several safety modules (Event reporting, Management of Change, HSE tasks) from the Group Intelex Platform. You will work on:

• Enhancing existing safety reports and dashboards, using Microsoft's Power BI software
• Performing ad-hoc analysis of safety data to support HSE programs
• Supporting the deployment of several safety modules (Event reporting, Management of Change, HSE tasks) by supporting local administrators and users.

Participate to the SIS-HSE team activities such as monthly safety reviews

Bac+3 to Bac+5 engineering student with an industrial career plan and a strong interest in data management, digital & Artificial Intelligence.

Languages: French and English

minimum skills: written, reading and spoken to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders

Self-motivated and ability to prioritize

Good verbal & written communication and ability to create trusty relations with the worldwide internal stakeholders

Open and curious to quickly understand the Group organization
