L'usine de Vernon (+200 collaborateurs), spécialisée dans la production de modules de carrosserie (pare-chocs, spoilers...), recherche son/sa futur(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur du site et membre du comité de direction du site, vous pilotez l'ensemble de la politique RH du site, en lien avec les orientations du Groupe et les enjeux opérationnels locaux. Vous accompagnez les managers dans la gestion humaine et organisationnelle de leurs équipes, tout en animant un dialogue social constructif.

Dans cette optique, vos activités principales sont les suivantes :

  • Vous accompagnez les managers et opérationnels dans la gestion des équipes et des organisations
  • Vous déployez la politique RH Groupe et garantissez la conformité légale et sociale des pratiques RH
  • Vous contribuez aux projets de transformation industrielle (réorganisations, évolutions d'activité)
  • Vous managez une équipe RH composée d'une chargée RH et d'une alternante
  • Vous animez les IRP et négociez des accords selon les besoins
  • Vous pilotez les recrutements, la GPEC et la formation sur site
  • Vous supervisez la paie, l'administration du personnel et les reportings RH
  • Vous développez les partenariats avec les entreprises de travail temporaire
  • Vous gérez les procédures disciplinaires et les contentieux
  • Vous impulsez des actions RSE et développez la communication interne et externe (événements, marque employeur, relations écoles, etc.)

Votre profil

Titulaire d'un Master RH ou équivalent, vous avez acquis une expérience confirmée en tant que RRH dans un environnement industriel. Reconnu pour votre leadership, votre sens du résultat et votre aisance relationnelle, vous aimez relever des défis humains et organisationnels au quotidien.
