A European real estate investment firm is seeking to recruit a bilingual French/English Analyst to support its Investment team.
The Firm
The firm is an established investor specialising in real estate across Europe, with a strong presence in key Western European markets.
The team has a proven track record of delivering strong risk-adjusted returns through active investment and asset management strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analysing, underwriting, and supporting the structuring of real estate investment transactions.
- Leading financial modelling and research, while supporting the coordination of due diligence processes.
- Working closely with senior leadership on the execution of the firm's investment strategy and European pipeline.
- Supporting post-transaction investment management, including asset management initiatives, financing activities, and investment/divestment decisions.
- Collaborating with external advisors, JV partners, operating partners, and property managers to execute business plans.
Background & Experience
- Initial professional experience in real estate investment or acquisitions.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent academic background from a leading internationally recognised university.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strong IT literacy.
